Wizard App Functions
The Wizard app recommends the best wash programmed to use based on the type of fabric, the level of soiling, temperature and cycle time. It also provides useful tips recommending additional programmed for the perfect wash. You can also save your 10 favorite programmed and recall them with a single click in the rapid selection menu.
A time manager function allows you to delay the start of the wash cycle by up to 24 hours and also determine the remaining time on a cycle. This can be activated at any time, even while you are out of the house. The App also gives you the option of adding short rinsing cycles to the end of a normal washing programmed. This helps the fabrics to stay fresh and fragrant, especially if a wash load cannot be immediately removed from the machine at the end of the programmed.
Energy Wizard
This function allows you to control the amount of energy consumed by your washing machine, constantly monitoring it in real time. The Energy Wizard function also provides you with weekly and monthly reports so you can track your power usage and look at ways to improve efficiency, possibly cutting down your energy bill.
Instant Updates

Cancellation Policy
- An order will instantly be canceled if the billing information is inaccurate or incomplete.
- If a customer doesn’t confirm his/her order within 48-hours of placement, the order will be marked as ‘discarded’.
- An order can only be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order.
Exchange Policy
- An item can only be exchanged in case of any defects with proof, within 2 days of delivery.
- An item will only be exchanged with an intact duplicate that doesn’t contain the same defects as the former.
- To exchange a purchased product, the customer will have to submit a request form with proof and details of the defected items and company will have full authority to decline the request depending upon the availability of the product.
